We love our boats. We love our Chesapeake Bay. Not to mention the many tributaries which provide endless opportunities for fun and leisure.

There is something especially satisfying about a canoe or kayak excursion — it’s a chance to get up close and personal with mother nature and all of her creatures. But it can also be incredibly intoxicating to take in the beauty from a relaxing vantage point.

The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum is offering five, two-day Maryland DNR-approved boater safety courses, beginning on select dates in March and continuing through July.
