Typically, when I think of my health, I think about my actual physical and mental well-being. We all know that what we do to our bodies affects our health — the food we put in and the exercise we put out — but we don’t always think about how our environment affects our health.

Recently I stumbled upon an old copy of “The Bride’s Book of Etiquette” by the editors of The Bride’s Magazine. Originally published in 1948, I have the “New and Revised” edition, updated and republished in 1968.
